Bianca Unit 1 is a stunning beachfront property situated on Manaba Beach and on the popular Lucien Beach. 

It offers direct access to the beach which is a mere stone’s throw away, and a short walk down the “Golden Mile” will bring you to the Margate Main Beach.

This self-catering holiday home situated on the ground floor can accommodate 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). These rooms share the second bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plans.  The dining area seats 6 people and the lounge area offers comfortable seating with a Flat-screen TV with an open-view decoder (No DSTV).

The patio is perfect for entertainment and holiday fun, including seating and a gas BBQ/ Braai and has lovely ocean views.

The unit has 1 allocated Garage.  The complex amenities include a communal swimming pool and braai facilities.  Access to the complex is via an electronic gate, and the pedestrian gate allows direct access to Lucien Beach through a small pathway.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
