The duplex comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all located upstairs. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with one queen-size bed, one double bed and three single beds. One bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the other has a bath.  The second and third bedrooms share a family bathroom. One bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the other has a bath.

The main and second bedrooms share access to a small balcony.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The comfortable lounge features cosy couches and a TV with full DStv, while Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge opens onto a small patio, providing an additional space to relax.

At the entrance to the property, guests will find a private enclosed courtyard furnished with a patio table and gas braai. This outdoor area is perfect for enjoying relaxed meals and is also suitable for guests travelling with up to two small dogs by prior arrangement.

For added comfort, ceiling or standing fans are provided in all upstairs bedrooms, as well as in the lounge and dining areas. An air-conditioning unit at the entrance provides additional cooling.

Parking is convenient, with one lock-up garage.
