Riverglades Unit A is a family and pet-friendly self-catering duplex unit situated in the tranquil area of Ramsgate. 

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor.  The main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.  The third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top.  The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom. The main and 2nd bedrooms share a small balcony area.  The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and a total of 7 guests (including children).

The main bedroom and second bedroom are both equipped with a coffee/tea station (guests to provide their own tea and coffee) as well as a small bar fridge for guest convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a washing machine and tumble dryer, for guests’ convenience. The lounge holds comfortable couches as well as a TV and full DSTV.  The unit also has Wi-Fi for guests’ use.

The lounge opens out onto a small patio area.  Where guests enter the property there is an enclosed courtyard area, with a patio table and gas braai for guest use.  This courtyard area is perfect if wanting to bring along 2 small dogs.

There is a lock-up garage as well as 1 open parking bay allocated to this unit.

Please note that the unit has fans (either ceiling or standing fans) in all the upstairs bedrooms, as well as in the lounge and dining areas.  There is an air-con unit at the entrance, and another in the lounge area.  The Air-con unit in the lounge area is currently not functional.

The beach is only 200m away from Big Tree Beach, the lagoon and Southbroom Main Swimming Beach.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
