The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen and bathrooms have been newly renovated, adding a fresh and modern touch to the apartment.

The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a tri-bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above. The third bedroom has two single beds. Ceiling fans are provided in all bedrooms for added comfort.  Linen and bath towels are provided.

The apartment has two bathrooms, with the main bathroom fitted with a bath and the en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped for a convenient self-catering stay and includes a breakfast bar with stools, providing a lovely space for casual meals or morning coffee.

The comfortable living area features a ceiling fan and a Smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix. Guests need to use their own personal streaming login details. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.

Sliding doors open from the living area onto the patio, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space. The patio features outdoor dining furniture and a Weber braai, making it the perfect spot for relaxed alfresco meals and evening braais.

The complex offers 24-hour security and a beautiful communal swimming pool nestled within the sheltered, lush tropical gardens. The location is particularly convenient, with Ramsgate Main Beach, restaurants, a craft market and the famous Waffle House all within easy walking distance. Lifeguards are also on duty at Ramsgate Main Beach throughout the year.

For convenience, the apartment has one allocated parking bay.  Please note that the apartment is located down a flight of stairs from the parking area.
