The unit comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The unit has 2 queen beds and 4 single beds, and there are 2 showers and 2 baths, as well as ceiling fans in the main bedroom and in the lounge. The unit is not equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine.

There is a TV in the lounge with DStv access point, and guests are to bring along their own decoder, remote and cables. The lounge opens up onto a large balcony and guests have access to a gas braai. The complex offers a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
