Perched high on a hill, the complex enjoys a peaceful setting with beautiful sea views, while offering convenient access to some of the South Coast’s most beautiful beaches and coastal attractions.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, the apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds, making the apartment ideal for families or groups travelling together. Ceiling fans are provided in all three bedrooms for added comfort during warm summer days.  Linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for a convenient self-catering stay and features a breakfast counter with stools, together with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a convenient washing machine and tumble-dryer combination.

The kitchen flows into the comfortable open-plan lounge, where guests can relax after a day exploring the coast. The lounge features a Smart TV with access to streaming platforms, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite entertainment using their own personal login details. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided, making it easy for guests to stay connected throughout their stay.

Step outside onto the patio and enjoy the beautiful sea views from the outdoor seating area. With a gas braai available, the patio is the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco meal, evening braai or simply relax while taking in the peaceful coastal surroundings.

Guests can enjoy the complex’s communal swimming pool, situated in a secluded enclosure at the entrance to Kuta Beach, providing a lovely space to cool off and unwind.

For convenience, the apartment includes one allocated garage parking. Please note that the apartment is located down one flight of stairs from the parking area.

The location is ideal for beach lovers, with access to long stretches of secluded beaches, fascinating rock pools and the popular swimming beaches of both Ramsgate and Margate.
