The complex is situated in the heart of Margate, within walking distance of the Margate main swimming beach, Margate Pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities and shops.

This apartment is situated on the front block ocean side, the ground floor from where you enter the apartment but the first floor from the balcony side.  The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms both have single beds and share the second bathroom which only has a bath.  The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people (including children).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a dishwasher, for guests’ convenience. The unit also has a washing machine and tumble drier for guest use.  The lounge holds comfortable couches as well as a TV and DSTV.  The lounge and main bedroom open up onto the balcony where one can enjoy the ocean breeze.  The balcony also has a gas braai for guests’ use.

The complex has 24hrs security as well as communal braai facilities and a communal swimming pool.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
