This unit is situated in the back block and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single.  The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom which only has a bath.  The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people (including children).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a dishwasher, for guests’ convenience. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier in the unit for guest use.  The lounge holds comfortable couches as well as a TV and DSTV. There is wi-fi in the unit for guest use.  The lounge and main bedroom open up onto the balcony where one can enjoy the ocean breeze.  The balcony also has a gas braai for guests’ use.

The complex has 24hrs security as well as communal braai facilities and a communal swimming pool.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
