Enjoy a relaxing beachfront holiday at Bondi Beach 22, a spacious 3-bedroom self-catering apartment perfectly positioned in a prime beachfront complex with direct access to the beach. With fantastic on-site entertainment facilities and convenient access to nearby shopping and amenities, this apartment is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 guests.

The secure complex offers plenty to keep everyone entertained, including a communal swimming pool and clubhouse, making it an excellent choice for a fun-filled family getaway.

This comfortable middle-floor apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with two double beds and two single beds, while ceiling fans are provided in all bedrooms and the living area. For additional comfort, the main bedroom and living area are air-conditioned.  Linen and bath towels are provided.

Both bathrooms are fitted with showers, with one bathroom also offering a bath.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy and convenient, featuring a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided, making longer stays particularly convenient.

An inverter is available to power selected appliances and essentials during power interruptions.

The comfortable lounge provides plenty of space to relax after a day on the beach and features Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, allowing guests to stream DStv, Netflix and other services using their own login details.

Step onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal air while taking in the relaxed holiday atmosphere. The balcony features comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table and a gas braai, making it the perfect setting for an evening braai or alfresco meal.

For added convenience, the unit includes two allocated parking bays (one undercover and the other open) within the secure complex.

Guests also have access to an impressive range of facilities within the secure complex, including a swimming pool, children’s playground and communal braai facilities. The clubhouse features a pool table and table tennis, providing plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
