The complex is situated in the heart of Margate, within walking distance to the Margate main swimming beach, Margate Pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities and shops.

The unit is situated in the back block and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top.  The third bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed.  The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom.  The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and a total of 8 guests (including children).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a washing machine and tumble dryer, for guests’ convenience. The lounge holds comfortable couches as well as a TV and compact DSTV.  The unit also has Wi-fi for guests’ use.  The lounge and main bedroom open up onto the balcony where one can enjoy the ocean breeze.  The balcony also has a gas braai for guests’ use.

The complex has 24hrs security as well as communal braai facilities and a communal swimming pool.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
