Santorini 105A is situated in the heart of Margate, within walking distance to the Margate main swimming beach, Margate Pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities and shops.

The unit is located in the front block, on the ground floor from where you enter the apartment, but from the balcony side, you are on the 1^st floor.  The unit comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.  The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is equipped with a TV as well as a DSTV connection, however, guests need to bring along their own decoder, smartcard and cables.  There is no air-conditioning in the unit, however, there are ceiling fans in the lounge, a main and second bedroom only.

Guests have access to a balcony equipped with a patio set.  The complex is secure with remote access, 24 hrs security, and also has a communal braai area and swimming pool.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
