Laguna La Crete 28 is a beautiful beachfront holiday home in the popular Laguna La Crete complex, just off Marine Drive in Uvongo. It offers direct access to the beach which is 200m away.

This 3-bedroom self-catering house is situated on the ground floor and has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-plate stove and oven, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities as well as a breakfast island with stools. In addition, there’s also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. The living room offers comfortable couches and a Smart TV (Including DSTV Sport/ Netflix/ Children’s Channels/ 40 Entertainment Channels)Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.  There is an inverter in the unit which allows for the TV, WIFI and 1 Light to be on during load shedding.

The outside area boasts a lovely patio that features a gas braai, with outdoor furniture as well as ocean views.

This property has various amenities on offer, including a clubhouse with a communal swimming pool, communal braai facilities, tennis courts, and laundry services at an additional cost. This complex has safe covered parking with 24h security on site.

The unit has an inverter, which powers the TV, WIFI and 1 x light during load shedding.  Breakage deposit on this unit R2,000.
