Colonial Sands Unit D offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 4-bedroom, ground-floor unit situated in a complex within walking distance to Margate’s main swimming beach, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and shops.

The unit can sleep 8 guests in total.  6 Adults and 2 Children.  It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.

The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds.  The third bedroom (Children’s Bedroom) has 2 small children’s beds and this bedroom leads onto the fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom.  There are 3 showers and 2 baths.  Ceiling fans in the main bedroom and in the lounge.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There is a TV with a DStv.  Guests also have access to gas braai facilities on the balcony and a cold water jacuzzi.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
